Domino's Garlic Bread Sticks

When I started cooking on my own, I learned how to make easy homemade garlic bread and never turned back. I created a recipe that was perfect for my busy lifestyle but also utterly delicious. These are amazing. I am a big fan of Garlic Bread, Specially Domino's Garlic Bread. The taste is awesome and tried to make this Bread, Super Spongy and damn Yummyyy Bread !!!! The taste is too good with cheese dip as you all know this ;)

Garlic bread can be served as a Wonderful accompaniment to pasta dishes, salads, soups — or even served as a snack food all by itself. It’s filling, tasty and soul-satisfying!

To be done properly, Garlic Bread should have nice crispy edges, and a Warm, Soft, Buttery center. It’s that combination of textures that makes it special. If you’ve never made garlic bread from scratch, do yourself a favor and pick up a big loaf of French bread the next time you’re at the grocery store and whip this up to go along with dinner. You’ll be fighting over the pieces that are left!


500 gms All-purpose flour
4 – 5 gms Active dry yeast (Half sachet)
1.5 cup Luke warm water
1 Tbsp Sugar
12 Cloves of Garlic (Mid-size)
4 Tbsp. Olive oil
2 Tbsp. Butter
1 tsp. Salt
1 Tbsp. Oregano Seasoning (Even more if you like)

Method :

1. Let the yeast activate for 15 minutes.

2. 2 – 2.5 cups all-purpose flour add chopped Garlic and oregano seasoning in it, and mix (Do not add all the flour together, add 1 cup first and combine the dough then add in 1-1.5 cups and try to make soft dough, knead the dough for 15 – 20 minutes and make smooth and stretchy dough).

3. Knead the dough well for 15 minutes (to activate Gluten) Add 2 Tbsp. olive oil and kneed for 2 minutes more, Let the dough ferment for 3-4 hours and cover with lid and put in warm place (Very important).

After 3-4 hours.

4. Take dough out of the Bowl. See picture how it raises..Cut it into 2 equal size balls and let it rest for 10 minutes Sprinkle lots of corn meal  (“Makki ka atta”) on a flat surface (for outer crunchy coating). Make a round shape and flip from 1 side to make a semi-circle, transfer the dough to a buttered and seasoned Baking tray (Oregano Seasoning) Cut the dough into Bread sticks, brush with butter and drizzle a lot of Domino’s Oregano Seasoning.

5. Finally bake in a Preheated oven @ 180C for 8 minutes and again @ 220C for 4 – 5 minutes
More or until you have a nice color.

All Of these sharing with you also how the Seasoning of Garlic Bread is made by these Ingredients:


1 Tbsp. Salt
1 Tbsp. Black pepper
1/2 Tbsp. Dry Basil leaves
1/2 Tbsp. Dry Oregano
2 Tbsp. Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp. Rosemary
1/2 tsp. Chilly powder or 1/4 tsp. chilly flakes.

Mix and Crush Everything in a Pestal and that’s it.
